| | | curious swollen frog One of my frogs in my pond appears to be very swollen. It looks rather as if it has been 'blown up' (like in Shrek according to my kids) Does anyone know what is causing this? I am very worried about it. I am a new member and don't know how to add my photo. |

In this instance you would need to put your photo in the image library.
You need to be logged in or you won't be able to upload.
If you are still struggling, post again and I'm sure someone will reply with step by step details.
Regards

| | | Re: curious swollen frog Thanks very much 'dampflipper' I had a look at the leaflet and it seems that it sometimes happens and that in many cases it will get better if left alone. I feel much better knowing that! |

| | | Re: curious swollen frog There are two likely causes for this one its water balance basically is its intaking lots of water and not letting much back out it usually sorts itself out in time. The other possibility more serious for the frog is its got dropsy. Its hard to cure. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
