| | Frog in my well I have a small frog in my well! I have recently had a water feature created on the top of my well which has a metal grill and wire netting over the top. There is this little frog who appears to be happy, but I am concerned as to whether it can get out. It has the ability to cling onto the brickwork on the sides of the well and there are some holes into which it can disappear. What is it feeding on and should I make a huge effort to rescue it or can a frog live happily in a well with about 4 foot of water in it? Should I put a 'ladder' for it climb up? There is a ribbed rubber tube for the water to circulate and perhaps it could climb up. It spends time just suspended with its nose just on the surface. Help and advice much appreciated. |

| | | Re: Frog in my well There is an update on the frog in my well! I have managed to borrow a fishing net and have 'rescued' the frog and released it into the garden and hopefully he will not leap back into the well!
thanks for your concern and advice. |
