| | | Common or Sand Lizard? I took this picture of a lizard last month, whilst on holiday on the south coast of Cornwall. I think it's a common lizard but the couple of books that I've got that have lizards in them don't really show much detail.
Is a Common lizard or a sand lizard or neither?
Also, it looks to me as though it may have lost its tail at some point and grown a new one as there is a noticeable difference between 90% of the tail and the body. |
