Have to agree, of course ... but ... within your garden, if you have empty pools or containers then do transfer portions of spawn to these - should something befall the population in your main pool then something will survive elsewhere. Soemthing goes wrong in our main pool every other year (at least) but we've managed to keep lots of frogs alive having transferred spawn to other containers/pools. |

Its the change in water quality that often results in spawn mortality, plus make sure theres enough food there, mozzy larvae usually do that for you though
