| | | Tiny .... ..... I call him that cos he's My Newt ( Minute get it  ) Seriously, I was digging in the greenhouse bourder & nearly severed this little chap in two. I quickly did what I had t do & replaced him. Is he OK to rest in here over winter or should i Evict him into the cold

| | | Re: Tiny .... I think putting him back how he was and then putting a marker with 'do not disturb' there will suffice. That way a little reminder when you're digging near the area.

| | | Re: Tiny .... Yip - we found four last week when we were excavating our brick path from under years of weedy growth. All safely rehomed nearby where they can stay undisturbed. If (unlike me) you are the tidy type who empties out patio pots for the winter you need to watch out as well, as they often crawl up into the crocks at the bottom of the pots for shelter. Lizards do this too. |
