| | | Re: red toad? It seems to be more "pointy" with a more streamlined look, about 3.5-4cm is the biggest I've seen, the closest approximation would be a red natterjack kind of looking thing!. I'm stumped. Ian

| | | Re: red toad? yeh if you upload you pictures to the Gallery, you may need to shrink your image first then copy and paste the short cut for the image which will appear under the image once uploaded in the Gallery section, sounds hard but is very easy. it sounds abit odd try and post an image of it, are there several of these toads? this would rule out the off chance it could be a foreign species that has escaped from captivity. Natterjacks are very rare and have specific habitat types so it would be unlikely it was a natterjack. |

Cheers for the reply, I managed a get a picture uploaded, then I had a look at some photos and on page 2 of reptiles only to see a picture by John of a common toad exactly like mine. I was surprised as it was so different to the other common toads in the garden. Ian |
