| | | Re: Frogs in trouble Red leg usually attacks frogs who have already got a weak immune system this means that perhaps the frogs being skinny as you say, could have resulted in red leg resulting in limb loss, although what has caused them to loose weight? this could be due to stress which also could cause them to become weak and have 'red leg', are your frogs stressed? strange but could be to reason, also i am unaware that there is a cure for this condition and would not advise putting medicenes into a pond anyway the best thing you can do is leave the frogs to their own devices and try and reduce as much stress to them as you can, i.e no water changes, pond dipping, etc, for the time being |
