Carol.  | I found 3 grass snakes together last weekend in an area I was looking for adders in - they were swimming in a shallow and small pond - it was during the middle of the day and it was very hot for the time of year. It frightened the wotsit out of the townies who saw them, cos as everyone knows, little grass snakes are man eaters. |

I've managed to see and photograph Adders this year which was fantastic. My next goal is to photograph grass snakes but something tells me they're gonna be harder to find.
