A good camera wont make a poor photographer into a good photographer.
A good photographer, or a lucky one can get good shots with a cheap camera. (one of my personal fav's was taken with a £5 disposable underwater camera, despite having good kit now I still take xexexexe photo's quite often.  )
You need to get out there and get experience using your kit. There's lots to learn. Enjoy the experience, you will find you get more and more good shots the more you keep at it. |

One of my favorite photographers only ever used a 50mm lens and thought about the shot before pressing the shutter button. Good gear helps once you have the basics. Wizzo
