As with most thing photographic, your choices regards macro lens will be dependent to a large degree on your budget.

I think that most people would agree that the Sigma range are up there with the best, particularly th 150mm, the 180mm, and as a gneral all rounder, the 105mm.
(I use a Sigma 180mm and other than the fact I would like it to be somewhat lighter, as a quality lens, I can't fault it).

If you type macro lens into WAB's search box, it will bring up several threads that might be of interest.

Failing that, you may be better advised if you start another thread, giving details of what subjects you intend photograph, and approximate budget.
