Two relatively poor summers didn't help me, but to be honest it's more just a reaction to my depressive state of mind. I just didn't want to go out, which for me is very strange. Even now I have to force myself to consider it. The one good thing that's come out of it though is that we've managed to get our house decoration in better order over the last three months! |

Re the look, it's a mixture of my poor editing (over aggressive and lazy neat image applied!) and also our sites compression of the image. When I look at that shot 8 in my editor, I can see far more feather detail which has been "smoothed" out during the uploading process. | I think you're being far too modest! LOL
I know what you mean about lack of detail at low res and compression etc etc though - shame we can't see it in PS at 300 and 3,000 x 4000 !
If I were you I'd (for artistic purposes) put some more blue on the bottom of #8 (via PS) , print it out and put it on the wall! I really like that shot. It has that little bit more that makes a good image great IMHO.
