I agree Roger but there is more room for error when shooting raw than there is in jpeg mode. I only shoot raw when photographing fungi under coniferous canopy as it is soo dark and a lot of shots that appear under developed can be adjusted easily.

We could go on for ever on the merits of raw versus jpg, but it's each to their own. At the end of the day if we are happy with the results we are getting by whatever method we use be it jpg or raw that's all that matters. |
