I have lost my instructions and don't know how to get on manual focus. A shot in the dark, but just wondering if anyone else had one that could help me. Ty |

I don't have an S5, but on the S2 there was a little button on the side of the lens barrel by the macro button. You then adjusted focus with the 4-way controller. Fiddly, but works. The M dial just gives manual settings for aperture etc, not manual focus. I imagine it's roughly similar on the S5...
If that's not right try DPReview. They should cover it somewhere in the extensive review (I haven't checked). | | |
