| | | Nikon D200/nikon 600mm maual Hi has any one had problems using The D200 withthe Nikon 600Ed manual it has been chiped it works fine with my FujiS 3pro but cant get past err message with the D 200.Any clues Cheers M G. |

have you tried cleaning the contacts on the lens and camera body (a pencil eraser works well) - i'm a canon user so dont have any direct experience with the D200 but dirty contacts account for a number of error messages on canons and i wouldnt imagine that nikons are immune

If I read your question correctly, you have to set this up via D200 menu. See the following link: - Nikon D200 and Non-CPU lenses
