| | | Tripod for Nikon Coolpix 8800 Hi all
I have a Nikon Coolpix 8800 with a tele converter TC-E17ED and a Raynox Macroscopic M-250 lens and would like advice as to which tripod to get. I have spent the last hour or so looking at different tripods and am still not too sure if the one's I have looked at are suitable to use with this camera
Any advice would be very much appreciated
Thanks, Jenny

My tripod has arrived. I went for the Manfrotto 190pro with the Manfrotto 322 RC2 head and I've got to say I'm very impressed. I've never had a tripod before so this is my new toy

You really need to work out exactly when you need to use a tripod, and that will determine what sort and the weight. Just ass important is the head.
I take close-up nature shots and use a Benbo with a ball and socket head.
It is not too heavy and I can carry it over my shoulder for hours - plus a Benbo is idea for awkward places and uneven ground | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
