| | | Re: what bag Depends on your budget rather, I have carried a D70s with a Sigma 70-300 in a Billingham Bag which is excellent and a Lowepro top loader (holster) this has a waist belt with two detachable lense pockets.

| | | Re: what bag Hi Greg! I have a Billingham too (great bags!) but it wont take my 70-200 f2.8. I've also got a Lowepro, which I'm currently selling, that will take the the bigger lens I think. It's a backpack style bag but I prefer the over the shoulder type. As nightshade says, it's all about personal preference and budget really. Good bags usually cost money though. - Wizzo

| | | Re: what bag I have a Mini Trecker but my Canon 7D with 150-500 and a Battery pack would not fit. Was not deep enough. It's the Battery pack that's the problem and I aint taking that off each time I put in pack and put on each time I take it out. I might buy an Expedition 7.
Yours should fit if you got NO battery pack fitted to camera.
Good Luck |

Thanks for showing this I was not sure if you had to detach the lens every time you went out..

| | | Re: what bag Hey mate,
I use a ThinkTank HardDrive for my Nikon D200 and Sigma 150-500mm.
Brilliant bag, thinktank in my eyes make the best bags in the world. I've had Lowepro, Kata, Tamrac and they don't come close to build quality and accesories.
Hope this helps.

I've used Lowepro, Billingham and Kata and recently bought the ThinkTank Streetwalker Pro. Absolutely brilliant. Best bag I've ever owned. Smaller and lighter than my other bags yet takes my D2X with Sigma 500mm attached and has room for other lenses and accessories.

| | | Re: what bag I have similar kit Greg and dont bother with a bag, just wrap it under me old Camo jacket if it rains! You can miss many a good shot in the time it takes to release it from incarceration, sort settings and shoot.
