I've only taken a few record shots so far just to test the software setup (the supplied CD is rubbish btw) initial impressions are it is a superior camera to the D60 with a lot better 'feel' to it, the rubberised grip is a great improvement. I also like the 55-300mm ED lens, much more reach than my old 55-200. There are also two memory card slots, not sure whether the second is just for storage or is usable, early days still

I read that both of the card slots are usable so you can save, if you wanted, photos to one and videos to the other, or JPEG files to one and RAW to the other.
I look forward to seeing how you get on with the camera as you get more used to it.
