Aldi Film Scanner

Been after a slide scanner for a while and came across this one in Aldi for £39.99 and the model is Traveler TV-6500.

This includes Software, magazines and scanner and for the price, it's pretty decent.

I have 100's of slides and negatives from the last 40 years and did this slide of me and my walking buddy. I guess the year was 1985 and we would of been on a camping/walking week-end at Hinderwell and the Walker's halt was a small cafe serving small meals like beans on toast, tea or coffee and was right on the Cleveland Way in Boulby near Staithes.

Ahh, such happy days when I was young.

This time, I've scanned a colour 35mm negative as a test and pleased at the result. Although, it's not A1, it does give a image and this was on a C2C bike ride some years in 1997.
