I don't have any direct experience with these exact models, but for what it's worth: -
All three Fuji's have longer zooms than the 12x optical of the Panasonic, which would be of benefit for your intended subjects.
The 1800 & 2500 have better all round specs, and 18x optical zooms, as opposed to 15x optical zoom of the 1730.
The only difference between the 1800 & 2500 is that the 2500 has a mini HDMI port, for TV connection. So if that isn't one of your requirements, of the three selections, I'd go for the 1800.
The 1800 has full manual controls, as well as several full auto modes, and while the controls won't be as fast to use as some of the more expensive models, they will allow you to choose whatever exposure selections you want.
I don't doubt the construction quality of any of these cameras. They will all be of excellent quality. I'd personally opt for the 1800, but it's really down to which one you can get for the best price to suit your pocket.
Regards,
Mike.
