| | | Re: Beanbags? I make ours out of waterproof camo fabric - they cost around £1 each. It's the zips that cost all the money The bought ones are a ridiculous price. As in most commercial photographic stuff - they can see you all coming
Mine is filled with polystyrene and OH's is filled with bird seed as he's a big strapping lad and can carry it
They're invaluable.

| | | Re: Beanbags? Being Scottish I go for the cheapest option; I carry a few carrier bags around, which weigh almost nothing, then fill them with whatever is available on site and tie a knot in them. In the car I have a couple of small stuff sacks from our local army surplus store filled with bird seed; if you're feeling lazy or generous you can empty them out pretty much anywhere when you've finished using them, or you can use some of the contents to entice potential 'models' into a particular area... |

| | | Re: Beanbags? didnt go for one of the expensive ones, got a different cheaper brand in dark green for £8 on ebay.
Carrier bags have got to be noisy as hell?
I was tempted to make my own... but for the sake of £8 i couldnt be bothered with the hassle of getting out to find the material etc.
