I found Flickr very good for checking out images taken by various cameras, I'll put some more of mine in tonight when I get home.

It was images taken of a hummingbird hawkmoth in flight (on flickr) with this camera that swayed me in the end, the photos were really good!

had a Olympus Tough, it worked well in the cold and the wet, only died once temperamentally after being in a hot tub for to long and over heating.

battery life in the cold was very bad and it also needed the more expensive Olympus memory cards and a special card reader.
but it was cheap on a well known auction website. Lost it on the plane the other week so will replace with a different make as the interface was just to annoying
