I will have to make do with my "lowly" 120-300 F2.8 Slightly Bigma

In a typical Sigma way, another reviewer found the OS to be poor.Juza Nature Photography

He rated it as only worth 1 stop. Of course he could have a lens suffering from Sigma's notorious quality control.

I know what you mean Graham. The only reviews I've heard so far all contradict each other .

Yes ive definately heard mixed reviews also. But you do expect that of sigma unfortunately. On paper it looks like a winner but the price and quality control could let it down.
