| | | Faulty IS on Canon 300mm f/4 L My 300mm seems to have developed a fault with the IS. When I press the focus button the image 'jumps' in the viewfinder. If I switch the IS off it doesn't happen. So it looks to me like the IS is on the blink.
I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem with this lens and had it repaired? If so what did the repair cost?
I'm just trying to get a rough idea of the cost without having to cart the lens off to the repair centre for a quote. |
