Which lens Sigma or Tamron?

I have been trying to decide between the Sigma 150-500 or sell my Sigma 70-300mm lens and put the money towards a Sigma 50-500mm or the Tamron 200-500mm option. As I feel I need the extra range that the 300mm lens does not give me to get close to the Birds, can anyone help please?

Ill be using it on a Nikon D80 and I intend to just use the one lens for Bird wildlife.

Many thanks Pete - I found the reviews, surprised it said that the Sigma was quiet auto focusing, my 70- 300 isn't, I have tended to use manual if I want close shots of birds.
There does not seem much between them , I noticed that the Sigma had image stabilisation, as it is a lot of money I will do a bit more research and look at the Gallery for pictures.
