upgrading my camera???

I recently upgraded from the 30d to a 2nd-hand 1d mk II n (£1020 from ebay) and I'm really pleased with it.

I got really lucky as it had been well looked after and instead of the advertised 55k shutter clicks the actual figure was less than 6k!

Well worth the extra couple of hundred IMO.

Only trouble with getting the 1d mk II is that you might regret not saving up that bit extra to get the mk II n

I remember this one well. I was bidding against you for a while. Glad it turned out to be a good one.

Now I know where some of the competition comes from when bidding on Fleabay. I missed out on a nice 17-40 f4L by less than £4 before I finally succeeded.

Now I just wait till nearly the end of the auction, and if I'm still in the ballpark place a max figure and forget it. Works for me...
