For anyone lucky enough to have a Canon 1D Mark III, or 1Ds Mark III this may be of interest. Consumer Products Support
Basically they're offering to apply a fix to a AF problem.  |

canon picking up my eos 1d mk111 on thursday via ups and will be a 3 day turnaround ,
Ive just been told by canon that my body is affected by the a1 servo focus tracking mirror problem and this will be repaired at the same time ,,
good old canon 
ps I hope they dont loose it  |

Mine goes off in the morning. Not really noticed any issues but as it is a free check plus clean, I may as well for peace of mind |
