can someone say me, where I can get an used 500mm F/4 lens?

as comercial links arent allowed i cant direct you to a specific website , but google for the usual big dealers like mifsuds, camtech, ffordes etc and you will probably find one - come to that check the ads in the back of amateur photographer , or just google "second hand canon 500mm f4"

As eeyore says, try a search engine. I found one for £825.99 within seconds on the "river" site

thanks for the answer.
I've already used search engines. But my english is not so good and maby I've written the wrong key words. Most time I got comercial shops with new lenses.

But I will tr again and will search where eeyore said.

camtech only sell second hand , while ffordes and mifsuds sell both second hand and new - T4 camera are another good one to try

one thing tho most people who have a 500mm f4 in good nick are likely to keep it so there wont be that many arround s/h anyway

Try EOS Classifieds and MPBPhotographic. They do have used 500mm L's from time to time but I don't think there are any at the moment.

I've contact every dealer you've called.

What would be the best forum adresses in UK for find a used 500mm lens.
Sorry for the (probably) stupid questions, but I don't know the the net adresses in UK and buy in UK its cheaper as in germany for me.

you want one of the canon forums - either the eos forum or one of the others - just google "canon forums" and you will find loads.

however imo you are better off with a dealer than a private sale via a forum for such an expensive item
