Better than a camera bag I think. I would not tend to leave the car anywhere daft anyway and its not a cheap motor. I also think it looks less conspicuous than a bag marked Lowepro, Canon etc but you can never be 100 percent. I also attach the motion alarm when I leave it in hotels. Anyone so much as sneezes near it...
