Nice!
Me thinks the 40D performs well as does the handler.

| | | Re: Anyone with a Canon 40D The 50D's main advantage is an improved rear screen with a higher resolution display and the higher pixel count, although as dpreview found that's not always a good thing. That's a lot of cost for relatively little improvement.
I long ago gave up the pixel count race. To me my 20D 8 Mpixel gives me more than enough quality. The 10 Mpixel 40D should be just fine for most users. |

Not the sharpest by any means the otters just don't stop moving! (Needed 250th plus really) Add a little noise reduction and to the layman you would have a decent enough print |

| | | Re: Anyone with a Canon 40D Hi all
I have just at end of last week purchased a 40D - VERY NICE - I am hoping that this weeks good weather will last so I can go out and have a blast.
Loads of interesting features. It is going to take a little while to come to terms with I think after the 350D. Cant wait.
I have mounted it on the 50-500 Sigma and find it much more worthy of that lens. The 350D looks like a gnats bite on the end of such a big lens and cant handle the image I found. This I hope will return some good results.
