Bigma differences at sellers..

Hi all me again!

I'm going to order mine today but am confused by this-----

one shop description - Sigma AF 50-500mm f/4-6.3 EX APO DG RF HSM Telephoto Zoom Lens for Nikon AF

and the other --- Sigma 50-500mm f/4-6.3 EX DG HSM Lens - Nikon (D) Fit

The first one one has "RF" - what is that please? Rear focus? Do they not all do this? Whats the difference here - they are same price, would I be missing something out if i opted for the second one? I'm thinking they are exactly the same only described differently.

They're both the same. The RF does stand for rear focusing. Sigma only make one 50-500mm lens.

At the moment it is a bit of a scary intruder, get to know it and soon it will be your best friend, the problem is that when you get a picture that does'nt come up to scratch, you won't be able to blame your equipment

Whats the problem Nick, its only money, according to the budget, your government is going to be borrowing 40 odd billion, there must be enough there for a bigma, you can,t take it with you, cause they dont put pockets in shrouds.

I've had a long, frustrating month trying to get my Bigma but an extremely dysfunctional company screwed me about and now I've got to wait for refund so I can go elsewhere.
