I bought the Nikon D70 because it had everything ,and filled my hands comfortably,the feel is quality,the spec on the canon is good but for me it has a cheap plasticky feel,the 20d at the time was much more expensive by a couple of hundred

Another camera to check out is the Olympus E500 twin lens kit which is excellent value, gets good reviews and you don't need to worry about cleaning your cameras sensor.
