Although I don't know the people concerned with this particular matter from Adam, (sorry Squish lol! ) but it wouldn't surprise me if some folk do this sort of thing for sport. Just to see if they *can* get away with something so obvious... 
But! Who knows?  The mentality of some folk baffles me...especially on the 'net

I saw the same photo used as a backing for a Youtube music video, and people recognised it on there too
