| | | Medium Format Landscape A couple of years ago I purchased a Bronica Medium Format SLR promising that I would try my hand at landscapes using 120 film .... as yet I have never used the camera, jsut wondering if anyone here is still using good old film on medium format? I have a little pervious experience with the format from years ago using an old Microcord TLR. |

| | | Re: Medium Format Landscape Recently joined my local photographic society, seems not many people are using film these days as many have converted to digital.
Film has its plus points , quality is one. But as digital is constantly improving is it a dying medium.
regards canny. |

| | | Re: Medium Format Landscape I bought a mamiya 645 secondhand last year and use 120 from time to time , mostly when a client needs very large files as a 120 tranny drum scanned gives the equivalent of about 20-30MP. I also ocasionally use it for moody B+W

For a "dying" medium the prices that medium format cameras make on ebay is still awe inspiring. Interesting that the Mamiya "Medium Format" digital camera uses a 22mp sensor. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
