Help asap please
I'm going out to photograph badgers tonight and I'm trying to get a flash I was given working on my D80. It's a cobra 7040 AFN flash and I think I've fitted on right but no power on it. Any ideas folks?

No it's not :-( I didn't have batteries in have now. When I switch the flash on red light above "on" & red light above " flash symbol" goes on, but after a wee while the red light above "on" goes off but other one stays on red. The "on" light doesn't come on at all. Any ideas anyone????
