More Nikon D80 help

On my menu screen amongst other things is the word "NORM" I got someone to set it up for me a while back and I remember him setting it up on "FINE" as this is what I want to be shooting in at this stage. I don't know how I've managed to change it, but has anyone got info on simple steps how I can get it back onto "FINE" once again thanks.

Press Menu button on back - having 1st switched on camera
Use the navigation "wheel" to navigate to "Shooting Menu" (little camera icon on left)
Navigate across to right and down to "image quality".
Click OK to enter image quality sub-menu
Navigate down to "JPEG normal" and click OK button.
Click menu button twice to exit and you are done
