Redshank at Wirral
Finally I think the Summer is on it's way. Grabbed a few shots down at West Kirby marine lake in the Wirral, Merseyside.

It's been drained and you can get reasonably close to the waders without spooking them. Lots of Grey Heron there too!



and then a Sparrowhawk arrived, result:-
