just got back from skye. valuable lesson, got to buy a good soom lens! 
Hence why I could only get this shot. the damn eagle grabbed the fish far to close for the 500mm prime I had on.   |

Thanks for the comments folks.
Couldn't believe it. Didn't expect to see one. The shot I missed would have been brill. oops! Just got the image of a a pair of feet grabbing the fish!
Gonna go back next year. The sea eagles have a 7-8ft wingspan, beautiful!

Swap you my Bigma for your 500mm I'm sure I could live with the lack of zoom in exchange for getting decent shots in terrible light! |

mmmm tell you what, I'll think about it! 
I normally try to shoot at F6-f8 anyway but the faster lens does help with faster focusing in low light!
