| | | Filtered or Un-filtered?
Whilst looking thro my files I came across the above taken just after finishing that long, painful and expensive restoration to my broken front bridge ...... and started wondering about Neat Image for things other than noise in bird pics. So I bunged this thro and had a play - upped the effect and dumbed it down a bit - went for the lesser amount at the finish - then cloned out a couple of remaining red vein threads in my cheek (a legacy from my boozing days no doubt!) And hey presto!! 20 years off just like that! Pity it can't be done on my actual face isn't it?!! But seriously thats about as good an argument for neat image or whatever other noise reduction folk have access to ..... and it just gives you an inkling into what gets done in women's fashion mags
Pauline
Looking at it now I realise that all kinds of subtle things have also been done along with noise reduction - teeth are brighter and whiter - without me doing anything - the prog has done all the changes - its quite an eye opener - I was impressed when it rescued my rainy dark heron shots a couple of weeks ago but this application is also useful ..........
