at that distance it is nice and sharp!

Bob P. | Bob, my advice is keep trying and get it right at the time of shooting. You are not using film so take as many shots as you like. If the bird flies off find another! It's good fun

But, at least I am now starting to understand the issues/variables that we have to play with. All of your comments have helped and I am trying to incorporate them.
