| | Re: Nuthatch with or without I would be happy to have taken the first one,I've never seen the Nuthatch's whereI live still enough to photograph. They pay a quick visit to the nuts and away. |

| | | Re: Nuthatch with or without More often than not its better to have pictures uncluttered I think. The one with out the branch is better as it keeps your eye on the bird and nothing distracts you from it. Fantastic picture of a fab bird. Took me a while to get a good one despite getting plenty of chances |

| | | Re: Nuthatch with or without I think "with".
I think it frames the bird nicely and it's also an honest image.
I know some people who wouldnt agree its right to take a stray coke can or tesco's bag out of a picture. The question is where do you stop? Powerlines, television aerials?
Whichever you prefer, and are comfortable with.

For me I prefer the one without the stick, with it there I cant help but flick my eyes between the two.

On a serious note, I go for the one without the stick. Thank you for sharing. |

i do thing you've overcooked the sharpening a tad though but thats a personal opinion i sometimes like to see a slightly softer texture to try to stop the feathers looking spikey if you understand what i mean | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
