| | | Bigma Close Ups. Thanks to the advice given by Graham, I decided to spend some time practicing using the Bigma as a close up lens.
Thankfully the weekend has been bright and quite warm here in Suffolk, so I was able to find some Migrant Hawkers, I was happy with the results:
Comments and/or critique welcomed.
Thanks for looking.

| | | Re: Bigma Close Ups. Nice shots Dave. The Bigma works quite well as a "close up" lens for quite a few subjects. It was all I had until I'd scraped up enough bear tokens for the 150 macro. |

The bigma is a great all round lens. If I'm expecting to photograph birds and dragonflies on a trip out I will often use the Bigma sooner than swapping to the 150mm

If you have the time I'd be very interested to see a sub-set of the Exif data - say Focal Length, ISO, shutter speed and f number.

Bruce:
The Exif details are intact within each pic, if you use Opanda IExif (free!), you should be able to view the Exif when you view the full size image by right clicking on the image.
