| | | Re: waterproof camera covers I too have looked at these. They seem a bit pricey for what they are. Although I do recall Graham having a decent one that wasn't so prohibitive. |

| | | Re: waterproof camera covers If ever I find myself at a depth of 10m, I'll say a quick prayer, delros1.
Mind, given the weather, it may happen soon than I'd like.
But the cover you pointed out is not what I had in mind.
At the moment, if I'm caught in a shower, I just throw a bin liner over the camera & tripod and wait until it stops raining. What I'd like is an inexpensive rainproof cover that allows me to carry on snapping while its precipitating. |

The clear plastic one is very simple, and you CAN still shoot whilst it's raining. You take your eye cup viewer off, place a cut out in the plastic over and replace your viewer. The other end is a simple draw string arrangement, so will fit to any lens.
I've used it a couple of times like this and it worked just fine, although I prefer not to get wet if at all possible! |

Seeing how our summers look like they'll always be wet, I thought it was time I up-graded from the old bin liner. |
