| | | old man of coniston
Hi all
I took this picture at the old man of coniston in the lake district a couple of years ago. I had to take three seperate exposures from a tripod then merge them together in photoshop to get everything correctly lit
I look forward to hearing any comments good or bad..
regards mark ..... |

| | | Re: old man of coniston It leads my eyes into the picture, but the point of interest i.e. the hills in the background are too dark. Try a highlight/shadow adjustment with a mask to bring them out a bit more. |

| | | Re: old man of coniston Really nice the way the wall and window act almost as a black & white frame for the scenery.

| | | Re: old man of coniston That is a lovely shot - If I had to be slightly critical (but not much!) then I would say it could do with a tiny bit of straightening. I would definately be hanging that on my wall! |

I do like the photo composite, but I think the lightness of the sill tends to suggest a lake or water, which I don't think was your intention. |
