Thanks to all who posted comments. I think of myself as a keen amateur when it comes to photography, its a hobby where you are constantly learning and trying to improve upon and thats why i enjoy it.
The wab critique and advice section of the forum is something i have only just seen and its a good way of getting an un biased opinion from other photographers.

Once again i'd like to thank all of you who took the time to look and and an even biigger thanks to those of you who posted comments.

ps:- a storm was indeed on the way 20 mins after taking the picture i got a real soaking

Great picture... luckily you got better weather than I did when i went in July... two weeks and only a few hours of sun!!!

as for the picture, it is a great use of a window, and great backdrop, if a little dark...
