| | | Some more practice Managed an hour or so on Sunday. I'm a bit happier with these. Saw my first Cormorant ( first with this set-up)
a rook. Surprising the colours in his feathers
jackdaw - love the blue eyes of jackdaws
greater black backed gull one of the thugs of the coast!
fulmar I find this one very hard to photograph they're so quick!
I hope you think they are a little better!
Getting better at remembering to check my camera settings I think!

I like your Jackdaw pic in particular.
What are the exif details for your pics?
Did you shoot in jpeg or RAW?
Keep up the good work!

| | | Re: Some more practice Hi Barbara,
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but when I click on the pics all I see is a larger/smaller pic, no exif details.
This is the case with all pics I look at, am I missing something?
Can you see the exif details when you access the pics in the Gallery/archive?
Did you carry out any post processing on your images, if so which prog do you use?

If not try downloading a freebie called Opanda IExif that should enable you to read it

There's some nice work here Barbara, keep it up!

Barbara | Hi Barbara,
Properties doesn't show the exif either, however I saved your pic and looked at it in CS3, the exif was intact.
Did you carry out any post processing on the images?
