Hello Bub-l;es those are nice pics well done you seem to be getting the hang of it now well done.The shot of the rooster is the clearest and the robins are really good as wel but still a bit out on focus maybe its the aperture setting that you are using dont know morrhen and mallard well done again slightly far away but you can only achieve what the lens will allow.
Never the less they are a great set of shots well done its just the fine tuning of your focusing

Thank you for your kind thoughts and help.
I know I've got a long way to go but its fun! Mind you it would help if the light was better! No sign of the sun again just dull and overcast a waste of a possible practise day! 
I saw a wren in my garden today managed a photo or two but I do not think they'll be up to much as the ISO was 1600 there was just no light!
Maybe tomorrow. I know I've got some free time if the sun will play!!!

Had a few decent hours here, got loads of photo's, got home and in my eagerness deleted all my pics of my camera, past and todays

try a recovery program I've found they work if you haven't reused the card |

Colin | Down load 'PC Inspector Smart Recovery' or get a copy Rescue Pro which comes with some Sandisk CF cards. Both are very good at recovering deleted image files.
