stacking error prob

Hi,
I'm trying to use CZM for image stacking, but keep getting an error message which on clicking OK, terminates the programme.
Its errror code 1455.
It happens after 'do stack' just after virtual alloc when its nearly finished processing and creating a stacked image.
Any ideas, suggestions please!
I'm running XP, plenty of memory available.

Maybe changing the size of the paging file might help as that is associated with error 1455.

Thanks a lot John good advice, but before I change settings, I'll see if CZM can come up with a solution (I've emailed them).

Sorry but I can't help as I've never experienced that problem with CZM

Hope you get it sorted Ken, as CZM is a superb bit of software and well worth persevering with.

I'm using it on Vista, but as far as I'm aware, the code was actually written for XP, so hopefully it will be a quick fix.

Hi Mike, yes it was for XP I think - I've done some registry cleaning as a first step before paging file issues, so will give it a another go.
I'll post some if it works................

Just for info for anyone else, code 1455 is basically ,as John inferred, a virtual memory issue. OK I was wrong!
How to sort it though, I've cleaned registry and still no joy, hhmmmm, some Glary freeware next step...................
Any other ideas?

Also, if you have plenty of hard disc space free, Is your system allowing CZM enough RAM to do the stacks, Ken?

The 1455, virtual memory error seems to imply that your machine doesn't have, (or isn't allowing CZM the use of), the amount of RAM that it needs.

79GB John, is that enough?
Thanks Mike,this does appear to be the problem - I'll reload the software and see if it gives any options.

Just a thought Ken, but which option did you choose when downloading the software? (I understand that not all are the full version).
