Hi Dave,
Alamy want submissions in jpeg format, and their requirements are somewhat less less stringent than you suggest.
2-5Mb jpegs created from 24Mb TIFFS (which in turn may well have been created from original jpegs) usually suffice. See: -

So they do! I stopped uploading a couple of years ago when I decided that I was wasting my time - didn't realised they'd dropped the minimum uncompressed file size.
