Border or Frame for photos
Does anyone know of an easy to use free software prog I can download to put a simple border around a photo please? I have tried a Serif prog but it is too complicated.

This can look quite effective, (but not necessarily in the image that I used, but had to hand!). It's nice for a birthday card, with the greetings at the bottom.
