trouble with uploading pics

hi people

this is not a site specific problem rather it's a my pc specific problem but i'm hoping someone else has had similar and knows how to fix it.

i am current;y using a mobile broadband dongle to access the net.

it works fine when used for normal everyday surfing, but whenever i ry to upload a picture to any site at all, if the picture is more than about 80k in size it doesn't work.

45k images load without any real problems but after that they slow down to the point where it takes ages and eventually i get a server failed error.

unfortunately i know how to build a pc and make the components but when it get's to software i'm clueless.
if anyone knows how to fix the problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Not exactly too sure but it sounds like it's your internet connection that's the problem and not your pc.

What speeds are your download/upload of your connection and does your ISP limit your usage?
